Microblading, also known as eyebrow embroidery or 3D brows, is a manual method for enhancing eyebrows. It is considered to be semi-permanent makeup, as compared to the traditional hair stroke technique done by machine. It is done using a handheld tool (pen) with a very fine needle grouping to deposit pigment into the dermis. Because the colour is closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine.
The difference with this and ordinary permanent makeup is that microblading is not done by a machine. The pigment is manually placed into the skin. The microblading manual pen is equipped with sterile packaged blades. The needle grouping glides with gentle pressure over the skin and causes fine cuts, as fine as a paper cut, leaving a trace that can hardly be distinguished from real hair. Depending on the drawing technique – of which we are trained with Phi Brows – it creates an individual look perfect for your face and the style you are trying to achieve. Above all, 3D or HD eyebrows absolutely do not appear as a tattoo.
Microblading is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of the hair you currently have. Microblading is good for people suffering from alopecia, trichotillomania or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from microblading, as well as people who simply aren’t happy with their eyebrows. We recommend customers to book a full consultation for the best brows option that most suitable for them.
Microblading is a 2 stages treatment. Fist treatment is to determine the shape and colour of the brows, and to see how the chosen colour settled on client's skin . Second treatment is 4-6 weeks after.
It is very IMPORTANT to complete the touch-up treatment, without this, your Microbladed eyebrow is considered half finished, and you cannot expect the maximum result of the procedure.
Combination Brows
The name said it all- a combination of two methods on your brows. Method 1: the machine or manual hair stroke to be used at the front of the brows. Then an 0.30 needle is used to shade the rest of the brows into a defined, powder look. Best for all skin types, all age group as it is less invasive, less trauma to the skin. If you are looking for a natural looking effect with a defined touch, this is your choice.
